Who would have thought that the Hertford Carnival could be so much fun?

Hello and welcome to another KPM blog.

This one is a little historical but we have been asked a few times recently about David’s antics involving a full suit of armour.

Back in June it was the Hertford Carnival and we thought it would be fun to take part, not in the actual procession you understand, we just had a stand on Hartham Common which we were thrilled to share with our friend Rob Glover from The Best of Hertford & Ware, and also our friends and colleagues from Business Buzz HQ.

The stand proved very popular with both adults and youngsters alike although for different reasons – mostly!

The adults were interested in what we and our colleagues do and the children just wanted to play the wire buzz game and eat sweets etc. second thoughts that’s what a lot of the dads wanted to do too!

David attracted a lot of attention in his suit of armour and scared one or two who thought when he was sitting having a rest that he was a statue until he turned to face them and in the case of one poor lady, actually started walking after her – I thought her husband was going to call a duel but he was too busy laughing (how ungallant).

Anyway, the rain held off until we were packing up so that was a bonus, and other than the wind being a tad too persistent a good day was had by all.

We’ve posted some photo’s below for you, please feel free to comment!
