Points to note

• Any copyright infringement on your part will be viewed as your agreement to pay our licence fee, for which we will invoice you.
• Any licence fee invoiced in these circumstances will be in arrears and will cover your unauthorised use of our content up to the date of the invoice.
• Therefore, in addition to paying the licence fee, you will still need to remove our content from your website (unless you wish to pay a further licence fee to cover the next 12 months).
• If we send you an invoice, and you delete our content from your website in order to remove any evidence of copyright infringement, you will still be liable to pay our licence fee.
• Deleting our content will not remove the evidence of your copyright infringement, as we will already have date-stamped screenshots to support any legal action we might have to take against you.
• We will also have access to archived versions of your website as further evidence of your copyright infringement.
• If our content has been upoaded to your website by your web developer, blogger, or other third party without your knowledge, you will still be liable for infringing our copyright and you will need to pursue your own actions against any such parties yourself.
• We always take legal action to recover any sums owed to us.
